EASY APPLE CRISP 
4 c. sliced pared apples
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. flour, sifted
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. orange juice
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

Mound apples in buttered pie plate and pour orange juice over them. In another bowl, combine sugar, flour, spice, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 minutes.
