APRICOT NECTAR CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon supreme cake mix
1 c. apricot nectar
3/4 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs or 1 pkg. egg beaters
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lemon

Beat cake mix, oil and nectar together. Add 1 egg at a time or slowly add egg beaters. Bake in lightly greased and floured tube pan, 350 degrees for 1 hour or in 13 x 9 inch greased pan for 35 to 40 minutes. Mix sugar and lemon juice. Pour over warm cake.
