MICROWAVE APPLE BLUEBERRY CRUNCH 
4 lg. cooking apples, peeled & sliced (5 c.)
1/2 - 3/4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries (or cranberries)
1 (4 serving) pkg. regular butterscotch pudding mix
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Place apples and berries in 8" x 1 1/2" round or 8"x8" square microwave safe baking dish. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons dry pudding mix; set aside.

In medium microwave safe bowl melt butter (about 30 to 45 seconds on high). Add remaining ingredients. Mix until crumbly. Spoon over fruit mixture (dish will be full). Microwave, uncovered, 100% power (high) 11 to 13 minutes, giving dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes. Let stand 30 minutes before serving. 6 to 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
