HEATH BAR CAKE | |
1 c. brown sugar 1 c. white sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. pecans 6 Heath bars, chopped 1 c. buttermilk 1 tsp. baking soda 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla Mix brown sugar, white sugar, flour, and butter as for pie crust. Remove 1/2 cup of crumbs and mix with pecans and Heath Bars; reserve for topping. To remaining mixture, add buttermilk in which baking soda has been dissolved. Add egg and vanilla; mix well. Pour into buttered and floured 9 x 12 inch pan and sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. |
