1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
7 Heath bars

Mix first 4 ingredients like a pie crust. Take out 1/2 cup and save. Add the egg, buttermilk and baking soda to rest of mixture. Put in a greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle the remaining sugar, flour, butter mixture combined with broken Heath bars over top of batter. Bake for 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
