1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. instant onions (or sm. chopped onion)
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg
3/4 c. grated cheddar cheese
Mashed potatoes, 4 servings

Combine the above ingredients. Spread in a 9" pie pan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. Make mashed potatoes for 4 servings and spread on the baked meat. Top with 3/4 cup of grated cheddar cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until the potatoes are hot and cheese is melted. Serves 4.
