2 lb ground beef or turkey
4 cans Cream Of Mushroom soup
2 bags shredded cheese or one block (your choice)
cubed frozen potatoes (or fresh is fine)

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place potatoes on pan and bake until done (fork tender).

Meanwhile, brown ground beef well, stirring often. Drain. When finished, mix soup and meat and let simmer for about 15 minutes after potatoes are done. Add a layer of beef on the bottom of casserole dish then a layer of cheese, and another layer of meat. Continue until it is completely full. Cover with foil and return to oven for about 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Let cool and serve. Enough to feed about 8 people.
