SWISS BREAD 
1 loaf French bread
1 block of Swiss cheese, shredded
1 stick of butter
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 tsp. poppy seeds
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. prepared mustard

Cut top off of French bread and a little down sides. Cut gashes across the top and stuff with shredded Swiss cheese. Place on sheet pan.

Melt butter. Add onion, poppy seeds, lemon juice and prepared mustard. Mix well and pour over top of bread. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes uncovered. Slice and serve.
