SAUCY MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
28 oz. can tomatoes, cut into bite size pieces
1/3 to 1/2 c. Heinz 57 Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

In large bowl combine ground beef, Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, milk and egg. Shape into 20 meatballs, brown well in 2 tablespoons shortening. Drain off excess fat. Sprinkle meatballs with tablespoon flour, stir gently to coat.

Combine tomatoes, Heinz 57 Sauce and salt in small bowl. Pour over meatballs. Simmer 25 minutes or until desired consistency, stir occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
