FREEZER CUCUMBERS 
1 tbsp. salt
7 c. sliced cucumbers
2 thinly sliced and cut up onions
2 thinly sliced and cut up bell peppers
2 c. sugar
1 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Place cucumbers, onions and peppers in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 2 hours. Stir once or twice in 2 hours. Drain thoroughly and pour mixture of sugar, vinegar and celery seed over the cucumbers. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Stir often. Pack in freezer containers and freeze.
