FREEZER CUCUMBER PICKLES 
8 c. thin sliced cucumbers
4 onions, sliced in rings
1 tsp. salt
4 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. mustard seed
1 tsp. celery seed

Layer cucumbers and onions in a glass gallon jar. Mix all other ingredients and heat to dissolve sugar and salt. Pour over cucumbers and onions and put lid on jar, let cool and put in refrigerator for 5 days. Take out and put into small freezer containers and put in freezer. Take out several hours before using them or thaw in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
