SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
2 sticks butter
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
8 oz. sour cream
3 c. plain flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda, dissolved in 1 tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. almond flavoring
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour in water and baking soda, alternately adding flour and sour cream. Add flavorings.

Bake in a 325°F oven in Bundt pan for one hour. Test for doneness.

Bake 15 minutes longer, if needed.
