STOVE TOP BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS 
4-6 med. cut pork chops
Salt & pepper
Crisco or cooking oil
Flour
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 c. catsup

Prepare pork chops for cooking. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, on chops. Flour lightly and fry in skillet on top of stove, until done. Pour off excess oil. Return to skillet and sprinkle vinegar over tops. Turn and do same on other side. Turn once more and sprinkle catsup on top of chops, turn once more and do same on that side.

Continue turning until a little crispy. Remove from skillet; serve.
