TOP OF STOVE PORK CHOPS 
3 lbs. pork chops
3/4 c. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 onions, sliced
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. oil

Season meat, brown in oil. Add sliced onions. Mix other ingredients. Cover and let simmer about 3 hours, or until tender.
