QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 whole eggs
3 tbsp. very strong hot coffee
2 tbsp. rum or orange liquor (or more)
3/4 c. scalded milk

Blend all ingredients in blender at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into dessert glasses and chill. Top with whipped cream and may be garnished with 1/2 of an apricot. Serves 4.
