MACARONI CREOLE 
7-8 oz. hot boiled macaroni
2 c. hot milk
1/4 c. butter
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. minced parsley, minced onion & chopped pimento
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Garlic, optional

Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
