TEXAS CREOLE SALAD 
3 c. cooked rice
4 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. bacon bits
1/2 c. thinly sliced pickled okra
1/4 c. pickle relish (dill)
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. French or Catalina dressing

Mix all ingredients; chill.
