APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. fresh bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1/2 c. barbeque sauce

Combine meat, crumbs, onions, eggs, parsley and salt; mix lightly. Shape into 1" meatballs. Brown in butter. Place in 2 quart casserole. Combine preserves and barbeque sauce, pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. May use 2 pounds ground beef. Approximately 4 1/2 dozen.
