APPETIZER MEATBALLS | |
1/2 lb. of ground round 1 (10 oz. jar of grape jelly) 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce Using your own recipe, make 1 inch meatballs. Combine jelly and chili in skillet on low heat. Let melt. Add uncooked meatballs. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat. If meatballs are prepared and frozen ahead of time, allow 45 minutes to cook. You can also substitute barbeque sauce for chili sauce. Yield: 3 1/2 dozen. |
