1 pkg. frozen spinach, drained
3 eggs, unbeaten
1/8 c. butter, cubed
3 tbsp. flour
1/4 to 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cubed
2 c. cottage cheese
3 strips cooked bacon, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt

Mash all ingredients together. Pour into a greased 9 inch square Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees until set, about 1 1/4 hours.
