I have used this recipe for years. If I use butter Crisco I add a little more flour than it calls for. I under bake them. My grandkids like M&Ms in them.

I have been making these for years. My sons just love them! But when I asked my son which one I should make for a picnic He said the heartburn ones. Well, that's what you get when you eat too many in a row. I am making them with instant chocolate pudding all out of vanilla. Oh, and if you are making cinnamon rolls, instant vanilla pudding makes them heavenly. 😊️

I like to make these and spread them in a greased 9 x 13 pan and then make a brownie mix and pour over the top and bake it they are to die for they take about 40 to 45 minutes to bake at 350°F. I also like to double the batch and put two kinds of chocolate chips in it and a package of toffee chips and pecans.

Just made these for the first time and think they are the best I have ever made in 50 years of baking chocolate chip cookies! I baked them at 350°F for 12 minutes and then cooled on sheet for 2 minutes. They melt in your mouth. Can't wait to try different flavors of instant puddings and chips.

I rated this 5 stars because this recipe is literally THE BEST thing on planet earth. HOWEVER, I AM VERY UPSET BECAUSE JELLO MUST HAVE CHANGED THEIR RECIPE for vanilla pudding and pie mixes because the last time I made these they were nowhere as amazing as they used to be. Others who've made them said the same. I cannot even explain how much this depresses me because it really was an award winning recipe and now I'm scared I won't be able to share it with anyone again. Please tell me if you found an alternative mix to use, I would jump for joy.

These cookies are absolutely "Fantabulous". I recently sent these to my son who attends college out of state -- and he loved them!! I just made the second batch for his Spring break trip - he is going to be quite happy because they are so yummy!!!

I learned about this through a family recipe from my sister, and ended up losing it and using this with tweaks. I've actually added food coloring to the batter to make it orange for Halloween and green for Saint Paddy's day.

Using chocolate chunks instead of chips and chocolate pudding instead of vanilla makes it an absolutely wonderful sin. I love this recipe. I never cook or bake, but this is so easy people think that I actually do!
