MY FAVORITE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | |
2 sticks (1 cup) butter 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup brown sugar 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour (or a little more depending on altitude) 1 tsp. baking soda 1 3.4 oz box Jello Instant Vanilla Pudding 1 package Ghirardelli Chocolate Chips Preheat oven to 350°F. In one bowl cream together butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. In a separate, bowl mix together flour and baking soda. Gradually mix together dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Finally, mix in vanilla pudding along with chocolate chips. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheet and bake for about 10 - 12 minutes! YUMMY! Submitted by: Natalie R. Anderson |
