CHEESE POTATO 
5-6 lg. potatoes
Pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1 pt. half and half
Seasonings

Peel potatoes and boil them whole until almost, but not quite, done. Grease a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Grate the boiled potatoes into the dish. Season to taste with salt, pepper, onion powder, etc. Pour half and half cream over the potatoes. Cover with shredded sharp cheddar cheese. Do NOT cover during baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
