HAM AND CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cooked ham, cubed (Spam can be substituted)
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
8-10 slices American cheese
8-10 potatoes, boiled & sliced
1 onion, chopped

In a large casserole dish. Make layers of potatoes, onion, ham and cheese. When dish is half filled, pour half of the evaporated milk over ingredients. Continue to layer, using the rest of the ingredients. For the top layer, use the remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 4-6.
