HAM & CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
16 slices cubed white bread, crusts removed 1 1/2 lb. cubed, cooked ham 1 lb. grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. cubed Swiss cheese 6 eggs 3 c. milk 1/2 tsp. onion salt 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 c. melted butter Grease 9 x 13 inch glass baking dish. Spread 1/2 bread cubes evenly in dish. Add ham and cheese. Cover with remaining bread. Mix remaining ingredients except corn flakes and butter. Pour evenly over cubes and refrigerate overnight. Combine corn flakes and butter for topping before baking. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Serves 10. |
