HAM AND CHEESE BAKE CASSEROLE 
6 slices whole wheat bread
6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. broccoli, cooked
1 c. cooked ham, cut up
3 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dry mustard

Cut 6 doughnuts and holes from bread slices with doughnut cutter. Set aside. Place remainder of bread in bottom of buttered 8 x 11 inch or 9 x 9 inch pan. Add layer of cheese, grated. Add broccoli. Cut up ham over bread layer. Add the onion. Put salt and mustard over all. Arrange cut holes over top of casserole. Mix eggs and milk and pour over all. Cover and refrigerate 6 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
