DILL-ICIOUS SHRIMP SPREAD 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. dry curd cottage cheese
1 med. cucumber, seeded, shredded, well-drained
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) small shrimp, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
1 tsp. lemon juice

In a blender, blend until smooth all ingredients EXCEPT cucumber and shrimp. Spoon mixture into shallow glass serving dish. Sprinkle on cucumber. Top with shrimp. Cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with bagel chips, crackers, or crudites.
