SHRIMP WITH DILL 
2 lbs. peeled & deveined shrimp
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
2 c. seedless white grapes
1/2 c. finely chopped fresh dill (decrease quantity if using dried dill)

Cook and cool shrimp. In a bowl, whisk sour cream and mayonnaise well. Pour dressing over shrimp and toss gently. Add grapes and toss again. Salt and pepper to taste. Add dill. Refrigerate at least 4 hours. Can be served with crackers such as Waverly Wafers.
