ELEGANT DILLED SHRIMP 
2 lb. cooked and cleaned shrimp
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's is best - I think)
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 good sized red onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp. dill weed
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix sauce, add shrimp and stir gently. Place in covered dish and refrigerate overnight to blend flavors. Stir once before serving.

Great appetizer served with assorted crackers.
