HOT BAKED CHICKEN OR TURKEY
SALAD
 
2 1/2 c. cooked chicken or turkey pieces
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix together chicken or turkey, celery, cheese, mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice in a 1 1/2 quart casserole. Melt butter; stir in bread crumbs. Sprinkle crumbs over casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes or until heated thoroughly. Garnish with parsley sprigs if desired. Makes 3 to 6 servings.

You can leave out the onion, I'm sure my recipe doesn't call for it. You could also add 1/2 cup slivered almonds if you want to.
