ROADHOUSE POTATOES 
2 c. half and half
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1 grated onion
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Heat cream and butter until melted. Remove from heat, add salt. Place potatoes in 13 x 9 inch baking dish with onions sprinkled between layers. Pour cream mixture over potatoes and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 12.
