GINGER BREAD BOYS 
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. molasses
2 tbsp. vinegar
5 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 to 3 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves

Cream shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs, molasses and vinegar. Sift flour, soda and spices. Blend into creamed mixture. Roll out onto floured surface and cut shapes with a cookie cutter. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 to 6 minutes.
