FAVA SALAD | |
1 (19 oz.) can fava beans 1 med. zucchini squash 1/4 lb. country French tofu or reg. firm tofu 1/4 c. of your favorite Italian salad dressing or Ken's Steak House Lite Cesear Salad Dressing Lettuce Rinse fava beans with cold water. Drain well. Wash and slice zucchini squash. Drain and pat dry tofu. Dice tofu. Toss these ingredients with the salad dressing. Serve on bed of lettuce. 6 servings. |
