POTATO SALAD 
4 c. potatoes, cooked, peeled & diced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimento, diced fine
3/4 c. ripe olives, sliced
2 tbsp. chopped dill pickles
3/4 c. tofu, scrambled
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. dill weed
2 tsp. flavored salt seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. soy mayonnaise

Mix all ingredients with soy mayonnaise.
