FAVORITE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 sm. can or jar artichokes 8 oz. cream cheese 6 tbsp. milk 1/3 c. grated Parmesan or Romano cheese 3 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach 3 tbsp. mayonnaise 1/4 tsp. pepper In the bottom of a lightly buttered small casserole, cut artichokes in half to cover bottom. Thaw and drain spinach, crumble over artichokes. Cream together cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk and pepper. Pour over spinach and artichokes. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. |
