BOB'S FAVORITE VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 sm. onion, diced
3 celery stalks, sliced
4 carrots, sliced
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
1 zucchini, chopped
Fresh green beans
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
5 med. potatoes
28 oz. can whole tomatoes
6 c. water
Kidney beans
4 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Seasoned pepper to taste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. cocktail sauce
1/2 tsp. basil
3 beef bouillon cubes

Over high heat in hot oil brown first 6 ingredients, stirring frequently. Remove with slotted spoon and set aside.

In same Dutch oven brown beef; drain. Peel potatoes; shred one and cube others. To meat add vegetables, potatoes, tomatoes with their liquid, and remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes until meat and potatoes are tender.
