CHRISTMAS BREAD 
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
2 c. boiling water
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. butter
2 1/2 tsp. salt
6-7 c. flour

Combine oats and boiling water and let stand 20 minutes. Combine dry yeast and warm water and let stand 5 minutes; then combine oats and yeast and stir in balance of ingredients. Let rise in well greased bowl. Punch down and divide into 2 well greased loaf pans. Let rise about an hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes.
