CASSEROLE IN SIX LAYERS 
2 c. sliced raw potatoes
2 c. sliced celery
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. MSG (Accent)
1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice

In a greased 2 quart casserole arrange layers of potatoes, celery, ground beef and green pepper, seasoning with salt and MSG. Pour V-8 juice over all. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours; remove cover for last 30 minutes. 6 servings.
