1 - 2 - 3 CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburg
2 c. raw potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 c. carrots, frozen or raw
2 c. peas, frozen
1 can cream of chicken soup

Spread raw hamburg over bottom of baking dish. Add potatoes, onions, carrots and peas. Spread soup over the mixture. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
