CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
5 eggs
1/2 c. Half and Half
1 sm. can green chilies

In an 8x8 inch pan, place green chilies that have been washed, seeds removed and stuffed with cheddar cheese, rolled in flour. Beat eggs with Half and Half and pour over chilies. Microwave 5 minutes until fluffy. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
