CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
1 can diced green chilies (6 oz.)
8 oz. med. Cheddar cheese
1 c. milk
6 tbsp. flour
3 eggs

Layer chilies and cheese, starting with chilies first. In a blender, blend milk, eggs and flour. Pour over cheese and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown and bubbly, 30 to 40 minutes.
