CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
3 cans chilies, whole jalapenos
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. mild cheddar cheese

Mix together: 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup half and half, and 2 eggs.

Mix cheeses together. Layer: chilies, cheese and then liquid mixture. Top with tomatoes and sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour then let set at least 30 minutes.
