TOM'S RICH REWARD 
CHOCOLATE CAKE:

1/2 c. Crisco
1 c. water
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Put Crisco, water, cocoa, and butter in saucepan, bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat. Cool, add 2 cups of flour, 2 cups of sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon of soda to chocolate and mix. Add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup buttermilk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Bake on cookie sheet (15 x 9 x 2 inches) at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. While baking cake - make chocolate icing.

CHOCOLATE ICING:

4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Put cocoa, milk, and butter in saucepan. Boil, cool, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Pour on cake while still warm.
