DEL RIO CHILI 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak
1 sm. onion
1 pinch garlic
1 beef bouillon cube
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. crushed comino seed
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. chili powder
1/3 c. oil or shortening

Cut meat into cubes. Heat oil and add meat, salt, onion, garlic, and bouillon cube. Cook until meat turns white. Reduce heat and cover. Cook until the juice from the meat covers it.
