SWISS SPINACH QUICHE 
1 9" deep frozen pie crust
1 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3 eggs
Dash salt, pepper & nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour

Prepare spinach as instructed on package. Drain well and set aside. Cut up Swiss cheese in small pieces and mix with 2 tablespoons flour. Coat well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Pour into defrosted pie shell and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until no liquid on top. Let sit for minutes before serving.
