SWISS - SPINACH QUICHE 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) canned refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper and nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Separate biscuit dough into 6 biscuits. Place in ungreased 9 inch pie plate or quiche pan, pressing together to form crust. Toss cheese and flour. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
