SWISS SPINACH QUICHE 
1 pie shell 9 inch
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss slices, cut in thin strips
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Dash of pepper and nutmeg

Toss cheese with flour. Combine milk and eggs and seasonings. Add cheese mixture and spinach mix well. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 8 servings.
