TERIYAKI 
3 to 4 lbs. roast or steak
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. meat tenderizer
Coarse pepper

Sprinkle tenderizer on meat and jab with fork. Marinate 2 hours at room temperature. Grill 13 minutes on each side.
