ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 c. shredded zucchini
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. nuts

Grease pan. Cream together sugar and Crisco. Add flour, soda, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, cloves, zucchini, milk, eggs and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
