HAM & CHEESE SANDWICH SOUFFLE 
12 slices white sandwich bread, trimmed
5 eggs
3 c. milk
6 slices cheese
6 slices ham
Mustard
butter
Grated cheese for top (opt.)

Grease 9"x12" pan. butter 6 slices bread, place in pan, butter side up. Cover with ham, then cheese. Top with 6 slices spread with mustard, mustard side down. Beat 3 eggs and 2 cups milk; pour over bread in pan. Let stand 2 hours or longer. Beat 2 eggs and 1 cup milk; pour over; sprinkle top with grated cheese and bake about 1 hour at 300 degrees.
